I’m taking part in another project with the lovely Brooklyn people this time I have to join 500 other people in creating a self portrait to be hung as a massive group in The Art Library in Brooklyn to help visualise the community that are involved with them. So today I had the opportunity to visit the National Portrait Gallery and get inspired! The view is from the rather lovely restaurant on the roof. I was most struck by a set of 9 images of Richard Hamilton which spanned his entire working life each by a different artist…much food for thought!

Finally I regularly pass these houses on the way into London just before Earls Court, these are historically artists houses with perfect light and massive windows…they are simply beautiful. One can always dream………..
